MRobot is an application for off-line programming of robotized bending cells. It enables automatic and interactive robotic solutions for bending parts, simulation to ensure a collision-free solution, and the generation of efficient programs for both the robot and the press brake. MRobot also includes a module for easy cell calibration.

  • Manual path adjustments using control points

BENDING ROBOT-ER30

GRAVITY CENTERING STATION FOR ROBOT-ER30:

The Adopt gravity centering mode, with certain angle of the worktable, Robot put the workpiece on the worktable and the workpiece on tight to the boarder automatically, Robot will grip the work piece and make next bending; To ensure the consistency of each grip.
Turn-over table
During the bending process, the gripper sometimes need to grab the part from another side, then we need an external device (turn-over table) to assist the robot to finish the action. Turn-over table includes a welded frame and suckers installed on it, robot places the part on one side, then moves to another side to pick it again.

GRIPPER FOR ROBOT-ER30:

The Robotic gripper is designed based on part size and bending process. The sucker can grab the part to follow the part movement during the bending, or release it if needed.
