The TubeLINE D series represents cutting-edge tube laser cutting technology, designed for high productivity. It handles tube lengths up to 12000 mm and diameters of 500 mm (round) or 350 mm (square). With features like a precision bevel cutting head, automated front loader, 6 kW laser power, and an expansive X-axis range of 1190 mm, it maximizes material usage.

True zero trail cutting of large and heavy pipes

The TubeLINE D series features 4 chucks, intelligently utilized for precise clamping methods, achieving zero-tail cutting and cost reduction. With 4 pneumatic chucks providing substantial clamping force (up to 1200 kgs per pipe), it ensures stability during cutting. Supporting a maximum diameter of 426mm (round) or 300×300 (square profiles), it’s highly versatile for various tube and profile applications.

PNEUMATIC CHUNKS:

From front-end material loader and unloader, to servo-controlled and synchronized material supports, this semi-automated tube and profile laser is ready for your one-off structural parts or production demand.
The TubeLINE Machine’s optional with 3 chuck design allows for ZERO tailing with optimal finished part support, and long finished part handling.

PNEUMATIC REAR CHUNKS:

The chucks are outfitted with pressure feedback system to adjust cutting pressure based on tube size and thickness. They are also featured by auto recognition of different tubes and real-time warning with no or less manual intervention.

PNEUMATIC MEDIUM CHUNKS

The three chuck real-time to maintain the pipe before and afterthree-point clamping positioning, cutting space-time running speed can achieve max stable cutting, relative cutting efficiency to be high.

PNEUMATIC FRONT CHUNKS:

The cutting machine clamping becomes convenient, easy and fast, with 3 seconds at the soonest to clamp and high repeat precision.

THREE FLEXIBLE SUPPORTING DEVICE ATS*:

When cutting different material, we can manually adjust the flexible pneumatic support system to well-suited with the material. The support system ensure that the pipe can easily finds its concentric point with the chuck so that to avoid the sway.
Optional with the servo auxiliary support system adopts the follow-along bracket, which has higher processing accuracy in pipe cutting compared with the reducer wheel.

FOLLOW UP SUPPORT SERVO DEVICE *:

The machine also has tube follow-up support and righting device. Its flat support avoids tube sagging. Follow-up support will lift or fall along with tube rotation to prevent surface friction or scratch. The concave righting device helps to protect tubes from deflection and collision with chucks during loading.

Automatic Loading & Auxiliary Blanking System :

Height Limit module: Automatically distinguish the long and short sides of the rectangular tube to ensure that each rectangular tube is laid flat and forward.
Material frame module: The whole bundle of pipes is hoisted and loaded into the material frame.
Length measuring module: Flatten the pipe to the length of the pipe and transfer the date to the host.

The FSCUT5000 series is EtherCAT bus system specially designed for fiber laser tube cutting machine. FSCUT5000A applied to 3-chuck delivering structure, FSCUT5000B applied to 2-chuck structure, work with TubesT 3D nesting software, it will achieve most efficiency and minimum waste.

The TubePro designed for professional tube cutting, supports production of tube and profile of various shape. It works with TubesT nesting software seamlessly to realize technique setting, advanced toolpath generation and nesting for standard and special production need.

Auto Find Tube Center in Production

TubePro can locate and offset tube deviation from chuck rotation center in production to guarantee a high cutting precision

Workpiece and Floating Coordinates

Workpiece mode adopts zero point of a fixed position used in production of processed tube, for example, piercing holes on cutted tube. Floating mode takes zero point where it stands and allows user to start production freely.

Seven-Axis Tube Delivering

TubePro supports 3-chuck of 7-axis linkage machine structure. Two moving chucks and one fixed chuck in between are able to deliver tube in production to realize zero tail waste and save more material for customer.

Active Control at Corner Cutting

The Z axis height following often unstable at corner position and damage corner quality. TubePro adopts look-forward strategy to control laser head up and down in corner turning by calculating lifting path via tube file in advance.
